The Second MyID.ca DOT CA Auction will take place from June 5 till June 12. Domain submissions for that auction be accepted till May 27, 2008. All .ca domain registrants interested in submitting their domains for consideration should do so at our domain action submission page.

The Auction domain categories will be as follows:

Jobs/Employment
Relationships/Dating/Weddings
Geo Domains (Domains that have Canada or the name of a Canadian city or province in them)
Sports
Real Estate
Travel
Business/Financial
Shopping
Internet/Technology
Miscellaneous (Whatever does not fit in any of the categories above)

Domains submitted must meet the following requirements for consideration:

a) They cannot have any trademark issues.
b) They cannot be considered “adult only”.
c) They must have been registered for at least 60 days prior to auction start date. (i.e. They must have been registered before April 5, 2008).
d) They must be submitted by the registrant of record or its authorized representative (Documentary proof is required).
e) They must have a renewal date at least 30 days beyond the auction end date.  (i.e. Renewal date cannot be before  July 12).

First time auction participants must complete the authentication process then sign and return the seller’s agreement.
